Cindy has been with R&R since 1996. She started with the company doing part-time business consulting, bookkeeping and Human Resource duties for the family owned and operated business. In 2002, Cindy became a full time employee as the General Manager until being appointed VP in 2014. The business was officially passed on to the new generation in May 2018. Cindy relocated back to Fort Collins from Parker, Colorado to step in as President/CEO of R&R and continue the legacy her parents, Doug & Caroline McArthur started in 1994. With expertise from her sister, Lonni, and niece, Allie, R&R continues to forge ahead and provide the best products and service in the industry.

Lonni has been with R&R since the beginning. In 1994, she started as a production seamstress and worked beside the owners in developing our products. She assumed the position of Production Manager in 2009 and became the voice of R&R, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, who have come to know her and call her a friend. In 2018, Lonni was promoted to VP of Customer Accounts where she continues upholding our Satisfaction Guaranteed mission.

If you haven't had the pleasure of working with her yet, meet Allie Griffin, R&R's Marketing Manager. She is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to assist the continued growth of the company. As a team player with a strong work ethic, pleasant personality and uncompromising integrity, Allie was promoted in 2019 after only a year as the Marketing Coordinator. We are lucky that she decided to join our team
